Helping Your Family Grow Together

SUPPORTING YOUR FAMILY

Stronger Families One Session At A Time

There is no such thing as the ‘perfect’ family - We all have our unique dynamics, history, and trauma. And, sometimes, the best way to help you, your child, or the whole crew is to come together. Allowing the entire family unit to support each other and work together on the family system, can transform how you function, communicate, and heal.

At CARE Psychology, our first goal is to connect with your family to better understand each individual family member’s perspective. We aim to create a safe space for each member of your family to communicate their concerns, listen to one another, and work through any challenges your family may be facing, together. Each family member will be seen, heard, and supported in our sessions together.

FAQ

  • Therapy that brings families together to improve connection, communication, and understanding - Especially when things feel disconnected, reactive, or tense.

  • Families navigating conflict, parenting differences, life transitions, blended family dynamics, or emotional disconnection.

  • Not always. Depending on the issue, sessions may involve the full family or certain members at different times. Your psychologist will guide you through the process.

  • We offer the following options for family therapy sessions:

    • Initial Family Therapy Session: $352.50 for 80–90 minutes

    • Ongoing Family Therapy Sessions:
       • $235 for 50–60 minutes
       • $352.50 for 80–90 minutes

We typically recommend that the first three family therapy sessions be 90 minutes to allow enough time to understand the family’s needs and begin working together. After that, your psychologist will work with you to determine the session length that best suits your family.
