A supportive group setting facilitated by a trained therapist offering connection, shared experience, and guided tools for growth.
Children, teens, or adults looking to build skills and find support in a structured, communal setting. Topics vary (anxiety, emotion regulation, parenting, etc.).
That’s normal. We offer a pre-screening to make sure the group is a good fit and that you feel ready to participate.
We offer group therapy sessions in a range of lengths, billed per person, per session:
- $110 for 50–60 minutes
- $165 for 80–90 minutes
- $220 for 110–120 minutes
Each group will be announced with its session length and corresponding fee at the time of registration.
