Managing Big Feelings

Emotional Regulation group for kids grades 3-5.

Help your child build emotional regulation skills in a supportive, fun, and engaging environment. Our Emotion Regulation Skills Group is specifically designed for children grades 3-5.

Through interactive activities and practice, your child will gain tools to manage big feelings, cope with stress, and build greater self-awareness. This group offers a safe space for kids to strengthen their emotional well-being and connect with peers while learning valuable life skills.


PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN SKILLS FOR:

  • Self-Understanding

  • Managing Big Feelings

  • Positive Coping Skills

SESSION DETAILS:

6 weekly sessions

August 21st to September 25th

Thursdays 4:30pm to 6pm

In person at CARE Psychology

FEES AND COVERAGE:

$165 per 90 minute session per person (6 session group is $990)

Group therapy can typically be billed to extended health plans, please check with your plan for details.
