BRAVE STEPS (Ages 10-12)

Anxiety group for kids 10-12

Help your child manage anxiety with confidence!

In a fun and supportive group, participants will learn to identify anxious feelings, handle worries, and face fears. Our goal is to help children develop coping skills, flexible thinking, and emotional resilience in their daily life.


PARTICIPANTS WILL:

  • Learn about anxiety and fears.

  • Recognize and manage anxious thoughts and feelings.

  • Build confidence in facing challenges.

  • Learn problem-solving and emotional regulation skills.

  • Practice new skills through weekly challenges.

SESSION DETAILS:

8 weekly sessions

October 7 to November 25, 2025

Tuesdays 5 to 6:30 pm

In person at CARE Psychology

FEES & COVERAGE:

$165 per 90 minute session per person (8 session group is $1320)

Group therapy can typically be billed to extended health plans, please check with your plan for details.
