Support for Change. Space to Grow.
THERAPY FOR YOU
Your Life. Your Story. Your Therapy, Your Way.
Life doesn’t come with a manual - And at times, it can feel overwhelming, heavy, or just plain hard. Whether you're carrying the weight of past experiences, struggling in your relationships, or simply trying to manage the stress of daily life, you are not alone.
At CARE Psychology, we offer personalized, one-on-one support designed to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we will build the tools you need to gain clarity, heal from what’s holding you back, and move forward with confidence.
Your therapy may include talk therapy, EMDR, or expressive approaches like art, sand tray, movement, or a combination of modalities - Whatever best supports your growth. This is your space to be seen, heard, and supported as you step into lasting change.
Individual Counselling & Therapy
We will apply appropriate psychological theories and approaches that are tailored to your needs and specific goals.
Play or Expressive Therapy
Therapy doesn’t have to be all talk - It can be fun and creative for adults, teens, and even families. Play and expressive therapy can help you to extract and express your perspective, feelings, and emotions using non-traditional and creative ways to allow for holistic healing - This is especially transformational when talking about it hard.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an integrative therapy approach that’s based on the understandings of the brain and how memory networks function. EMDR therapy can help you heal from past trauma or stressful life experiences, and allow you to move forward.
Family Counselling & Therapy
Sometimes, the best way to support your healing is through the family system. Family therapy aims to help your family work together through any challenges you may be facing.
Group Counselling & Therapy
Group therapy may be offered throughout the year to address a variety of topics and concerns. Sessions may support: Emotion regulation, mindfulness, social skills, anxiety, adaptive coping skills, stress management, healthy relationships, parenting, and more.
Psychological Assessment
A psychological assessment provides information to develop a better understanding of where you are at and what areas need space to grow. Through this process, appropriate recommendations and strategies are provided so that you can capitalize on your time with us and inform you of the best techniques to strengthen your mental health.
