ANXIETY AND EXPRESSIVE ART GROUP FOR KIDS AGES 10-12

Help your child manage anxiety with confidence!

Using the expressive arts (dance, drawing, movement, music, painting, story telling and writing) your child will explore how anxiety is showing up in their life and learn strategies to decrease it when it presents itself.


Participants Will Learn:

  • About anxiety and fears

  • How to recognize anxiety

  • Healthy ways to cope with anxiety

  • Relaxation techniques that help to counter the body’s response to anxiety

SESSION DETAILS :

6 bi-weekly sessions

Mondays

February 9th to April 20th

Age 10-12: 6:30 – 8:00 PM

In person at CARE Psychology

FEES AND COVERAGE:

$165 per 90 minute session per person (6 session group is $990)

Group therapy can typically be billed to extended health plans, please check with your plan for details.
