PRE-TEEN & TEEN SKILLS BUILDING GROUP

Helping Pre-Teens & Teens Build Resilience, Grounding, and Emotional Strength

This group is for teens who want to feel more grounded, manage stress in healthy ways, and strengthen coping and relationship skills. In a safe, supportive space, teens learn strategies they can use every day — at home, at school, and with friends.


What Teens Will Learn:

  • How to stay grounded when emotions feel overwhelming

  • Tools to manage anxiety, stress, and relationships

  • Healthy ways to handle difficult thoughts & situations

  • Practice new grounding, distress tolerance, and coping skills

SESSION DETAILS :

8 bi-weekly sessions

October 16th to February 5th (no group December 25)

Middle School (grade 7-9): 5:00 – 6:30 PM

In person at CARE Psychology

FEES AND COVERAGE:

$165 per 90 minute session per person (6 session group is $990)

Group therapy can typically be billed to extended health plans, please check with your plan for details.
